ATS Infrastructure - worth the premium?

Okay, I'll say what no one says. Everyone glorifies ATS Infrastructure, but nobody talks about the hidden costs, yaar. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa. ATS Destinaire looks good, but is the price jump really worth it? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Has anyone experienced hidden charges at possession with ATS? PLC, EDC, IDC - kitna extra nikalta hai? Also, what's the construction quality actually like after a few years? Plaster cracks, seepage - sach batao. Change my mind if I'm wrong! Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you guys think? Is ATS sahi?
