ATS Kingston Heath: How does it compare in Noida?
Just watched a video on ATS Kingston Heath in Sector 150. Looks pretty swanky with those golf course and river views mentioned. They talked about luxury apartments, great connectivity, and amenities. It definitely looks premium. I'm curious though, with so many high-end projects coming up in Noida, how does Kingston Heath stack up against other luxury options? Is it genuinely better value or offering something unique that others aren't? Would love to hear if anyone has compared it to alternatives.

RERA number UPRERAPRJ180413 toh hai, but kya woh guarantee hai ki delay nahi hoga aur construction quality maintain hogi?

2026-08-03 ki possession date abhi toh door lag rahi hai. Yeh builders ki favourite trick hai, book karo aur wait karte raho. Realistic lagna toh mushkil hai.
ATS ka track record overall theek hai, lekin haan, pichle kuch saalon mein delays hue hain, especially after Covid. Their HQ is in Noida only, so that's a plus for local oversight, but 479 units hain toh construction pace dekhna padega. Maine suna hai Ajayabpur ke paas ek project mein unhone kaafi delay kiya tha.
