ATS Knightsbridge: Is the premium justified for daily life?

Been thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK since last year. ATS Knightsbridge ka price premium kaafi zyada hai. Iska amenities-quality aur carpet area efficiency sach mein worth it hai for daily living? Ya sirf dikhane ke liye hai?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! I saw the sample flat, it's premium no doubt, but that price tag (₹11.0 Cr se shuru!) for a 215-unit project in an ongoing status? Doubtful it's worth it for daily grind, unless you're living in a palace. Amenities ka kya fayda agar basic living hi out of budget ho jaye?
