ATS Knightsbridge: My investment returns are not adding up

What's the real capital appreciation for ATS Knightsbridge investors since launch? I just took possession a couple months back, invested heavy thinking about long-term ROI. But honestly, the price per sqft isn't really moving like I expected from pre-launch rates. I'm seeing other luxury projects in Greater Noida showing better movement. Is the resale market actually liquid at these high price points? Worried about my exit strategy.
