Yaar, same doubt mere mann mein bhi hai! Knightsbridge ki pricing toh dekh ke hi darr lagta hai, ₹11 Cr se shuru. Is price point pe agar carpet area mein bhi compromise ho toh kya fayda? Ekanam ka toh samajh aata hai, naya project hai, risk hai. But ATS se toh expectation high rehti hai.
