ATS Knightsbridge: What's the real resale outlook?
Did a site visit to ATS Knightsbridge last week and it's quite something. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spiel, but buying for myself is different. My main concern is long-term capital appreciation and exit strategy. They're quoting possession for late 2025, but given the current market, I'm a bit wary about timely delivery. Builder's track record is generally good, but this is a high-ticket project. The prices are steep, obviously. For a project like this, will there be a liquid secondary market in 5-7 years? Who's the target buyer then? Don't want to get stuck with an illiquid asset. Anyone here bought into ATS Knightsbridge for investment? What's your honest take on its resale potential? Am I overthinking the delivery timeline?

Bhai, 11-19 Cr is a huge amount for a 3-4 BHK, even for ATS. I visited another high-end project near Alpha I Greater Noida a few months back, and the prices were similar. But resale? Big question mark. Who buys these ultra-luxury apartments in the secondary market after 5-7 years? Most people looking for that budget prefer new, custom-built homes or plots.
Totally agree. Noida's luxury market is struggling. Why pay premium for
