ATS Le Grandiose is seriously overpriced for Noida, change my mind
NS Express Avenue seems like a better deal, tbh. ATS Le Grandiose is quoting crazy rates, almost double! Is the carpet area really that much better to justify the price difference? Metro connectivity is similar for both. Plus, I'm hearing horror stories about high maintenance charges in ATS. My parents keep saying go for a 'reputed' builder, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. NS Express seems like better ROI. Disagree? Tell me why.

Haan bhai, same confusion. NS Express Avenue ka price range dekho, ₹11 L – ₹1.1 Cr mein kitne options hain, aur woh COMPLETED bhi hai, which is a huge plus for first-time buyers like us. ATS toh abhi under construction hai na? Usmein toh RERA delays
Totally agree! ATS rates are insane for Noida. Mera friend bhi bol raha tha maintenance bahut high hai wahan. Builder ka naam hai toh kuch bhi rate quote kar denge kya?
