Haan bhai, maine bhi dekha tha woh video. Le Grandiose Phase II kaafi delay ho raha hai. ATS ka track record waise toh accha hai, established since 1998, but recent projects mein problem aa rahi hai. Especially after the pandemic, things got messed up for many builders.
Exactly! Mere ek friend ne ATS Advantage mein liya tha 2013 mein. Usko toh time pe mil gaya tha possession, November 2014 bola tha aur mil bhi gaya. It was a Ready to Move project. But yeh Le Grandiose Phase II ka kya scene hai? Itna difference kyu?
