ATS Marigold Gurugram: Price vs. amenities, worth it?

Kya kisi ne ATS Marigold ka latest video dekha hai Gurugram mein? Video mein kaafi amenities dikha rahe hain jaise gym, pool, squash court, aur shopping bhi. Dwarka Expressway connectivity bhi highlight kar rahe the. Par jo prices chal rahe hain wahan, I'm just wondering, is it really worth it for Sector 89A? Aap logon ka kya take hai is project ke value for money pe? Is the price justified for these specs?

Yaar, video toh achha lag raha hai, amenities bhi top-notch dikha rahe hain. But 2.1 Cr for Sector 89A? Bohot zyada nahi hai? Mera budget toh 1.5 Cr tak ka hai, toh yeh toh out of reach hi lag raha hai for a first-time buyer like me.
