ATS Nobility Sector-150: Good investment for families?

I'm seriously considering ATS Nobility in Sector-150, Noida. This video I saw mentioned it's good for families, with a play area and landscaped garden. My main concern is the actual living experience though. Has anyone here lived there or know someone who does? What's the construction quality like? Also, the video mentions 'affordable cost' but is it *really* worth the price considering the location? Would love some honest opinions before I book a site visit!

ATS Nobility: Worth the hype in Noida?

Spotted this video about ATS Nobility in Noida Extension. Those 3 BHK flats look pretty swanky, but 2.2 Cr seems steep. Anyone actually visited the site? Is it really as luxurious as the video makes it out to be? What's your take?

ATS Nobility: Legit or too good?

Hey all, just saw this video about ATS Nobility in Greater Noida. Looks pretty sweet, especially the 3 BHK + study layout. Anyone have any experience with ATS as a builder? Or better yet, has anyone checked out the project in person? What's your take on the location? Is it worth the hype?
