Just got possession of my unit at ATS Nobility in Noida a couple of months back. A big learning for me: site visits during construction *really* show the difference in builder quality. I'm already seeing some minor finishing issues, like small cracks near windows, jo baad mein headache ban sakte hain. This makes me think about future maintenance and resale, especially for investors. Also, promised amenities look good, but are they actually used or just for show? Kya aap logon ne bhi notice kiya hai ki construction quality directly affects tenant attraction and ROI? What's your trick to spot these issues early?
