Noida mein market abhi thoda slow hai, especially for these high-end projects. Builders ko discounts dene pad rahe hain. Toh 3-5 Cr mein aur options bhi dekhne chahiye, shayad better deals mil jaayein. Hospitals ki connectivity toh Greater Noida mein almost sab jagah decent hai, so that shouldn't be a major worry for this area.
