ATS Pious Hideaways: Good value for Ghaziabad?

Hey everyone, found this video of the ATS Pious Hideaways project. The sample flat looks pretty good, it's a 3BHK + study at 1675 sqft. But honestly not sure about the pricing they're hinting at. Is it worth investing in that area of Ghaziabad? What do you guys think about the value for money compared to other projects around? Worth the EMI, or should I keep looking?
