ATS Pious Hideaways: Is the higher PLC worth it?

ATS Pious Hideaways charges a hefty PLC. Eldeco Magnolia Park, being ready, doesn't. Is Pious Hideaways' location really *that* much better to justify the extra cost? What's your take?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! ATS Pious Hideaways ka PLC sunke hi dimag ghoom gaya. They are charging a bomb for a project that's still under construction. On the other hand, Eldeco Magnolia Park toh 2015 se ready hai, possession bhi ho chuka hai (2015-03-01, right?). And the price range is also decent, ₹1.4 Cr – ₹2.4 Cr. Is ATS ki location सच mein itni premium hai ki itna extra paisa dena justified hai? Mujhe toh doubt ho raha hai, especially as a first-time
