Sector 150 looks good on paper but it's still quite far out for daily commutes for many. Plus, I've heard current market conditions in Noida are tough for resale value in some of these newer, developing sectors. Are we sure it's a good investment right now? Don't want to get stuck.

Totally agree with your friend's experience! Mera khud ka investment ek project mein Alistonia Estate mein phasa hua hai, jahan builder ne 2 saal se zyada delay kar diya hai. Ab toh har builder pe doubt hota hai. ATS ka naam suna hai but yeh possession delay wali baat sach mein darrati hai, especially for first-time buyers like us who put in all our life savings.
