ATS Pristine Sector 150 Noida - Thoughts?
Hey everyone! Found this video tour of ATS Pristine in Sector 150, Noida. Looks pretty sweet, especially the pool! Anyone actually live there or know someone who does? What's the real deal with ATS as a builder? Is it worth the hype? Looking for honest opinions! 😊

The design aesthetics are definitely appealing, but I noticed there are 1066 total units. That's a massive society! Does anyone worry about the amenities getting overcrowded or maintenance issues with so many residents? ATS Infrastructure is established since 1998, headquartered in Noida, so they're not new. Sector 150 looks good on paper but it's still quite far out for daily commutes for many. Plus, I've heard current market conditions in Noida are tough for resale value in some of these newer, developing sectors. Are we sure it's a good investment right now? Don't want to get stuck.

RERA number UPRERAPRJ2875 hai, toh at least transparency toh hai. But even with RERA, delays can happen, just that now there's a proper channel to complain and get updates. It's a small comfort, but better than nothing.

ATS as a builder ka track record thoda mixed suna hai maine. Possession dates ko lekar kaafi delays ki complaints aati rehti hain. Yahan toh possession date 2021-12-31 di hui thi. Kya yeh log time pe deliver kar paye the, ya phir bas papers pe hi tha? Mere ek friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein flat liya tha, uska toh poora saal latka diya tha builder ne. Totally agree with your friend's experience! Mera khud ka investment ek project mein Alistonia Estate mein phasa hua hai, jahan builder ne 2 saal se zyada delay kar diya hai. Ab toh har builder pe doubt hota hai. ATS ka naam suna hai but yeh possession delay wali baat sach mein darrati hai, especially for first-time buyers like us who put in all our life savings.

Haan, bilkul! 2.3 Cr toh minimum hai, meri toh budget se bahar hai. Sochke hi darr lag raha hai itna bada amount.
Price toh high hai, no doubt. But Sector 150 is supposed to be the premium sector, right? Location ka bhi toh paisa hai. Have you checked out other options in nearby Ajayabpur? Maybe you'll find something similar but slightly more affordable.
