Hey everyone, came across this video tour of those ATS Pristine Golf Villas in Noida. 12.5 Cr seems like a LOT! What's your take on the value for money in Sector 150? Anyone been to the site? Is it worth the investment, considering the location?

Honestly, for that money, I'd rather look at independent houses in South Delhi. Personal preference though.

5000 sq ft for 12.5 Cr? That's roughly 25k per sq ft. Sounds about right for a luxury villa in that area. But what about the amenities? Are they included in the price?
Yes, the amenities are included. Clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, etc. Standard luxury stuff.
Maintenance charges kitne hain? That's a big factor too.

Bhai, 12.5 Cr mein toh Gurgaon mein bhi options mil jaate hain. Why Noida?
Sector 150 is definitely up and coming, but 12.5 Cr is steep. What's the carpet area like?
I've heard the construction quality is top-notch, but haven't been there myself. Location-wise, it's quite far from Delhi.
