1.5 saal ho gaye, abhi tak ATS ka project Noida Extension mein possession nahi mila. Book kiya tha 2021 end mein, bola tha 2 years mein mil jayega. Abhi tak bas dates pe dates mil rahi hain. Koi proper communication bhi nahi hai builder se, calls bhi pick nahi karte. Matlab, after booking customer support bilkul zero hai. My current 2BHK in Sector 78 is getting small, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. But if this is the scene, should I even consider Gaursons or Mahagun for their Noida Extension projects? Unka delivery track record kaisa hai? Any hidden charges issues later?
