ATS projects in Noida Extension are consistently overhyped

Is anyone else tired of ATS's delivery track record in Noida Extension? Everyone glorifies their brand, but from my experience, the construction quality on their older projects like Oneiric Homes wasn't stellar either. Mahagun, on the other hand, seems to deliver better on time and quality, especially in Sector 78. Change my mind.
