ATS projects mein hidden charges — is this normal?

₹1.5 lakh extra for registry and maintenance charges — this is getting ridiculous. Just moved into my ATS flat in Sector 150 last month, and the possession experience was a total shocker. Builder ne bola tha all-inclusive price, but suddenly there were these huge hidden charges for PLC, EDC, and some maintenance deposit jo pehle kabhi discuss nahi hua. Builders aise end moment pe surprise karte hain kya? My 3BHK in Sector 150 was already ₹1.2 Cr, aur ab yeh extra costs. Honestly, it feels like they intentionally hide these until you're just about to get possession. Bahut frustrating hai. Anyone else faced this with ATS or other builders like Godrej or Gaursons in Greater Noida? What did you do?
