Is ATS Province D Olympia's maintenance just a cash grab? Everyone talks about the fancy clubhouse, but I'm worried it'll be empty after a year. And parking allocation, is it actually fair or just a free-for-all? My parents keep saying these things become issues later. Change my mind.

Totally agree, bhai. Heard similar things about other ATS projects too. My uncle booked in Alpha II, same story with amenities being just for show.
U2, clubhouse access restricted tha aur parking free-for-all. Maintenance was high, services poor. Cash grab lagta hai, jaise OP ne bola.
