I know what builders don't tell you about hidden charges and super area games. For Sector 150 or even 107, Godrej, ATS, ya M3M ka actual delivery track record kaisa hai? Builders kitna late karte hain typically? Possession ke baad construction quality issues, like seepage ya plaster cracks, kitne common hain? Aur customer support ka kya scene hai? Booking ke baad phone uthate bhi hain ya gaayab ho jaate hain? Real experiences batao, please. Not just marketing material. Investors vs end-users ka bhi input chahiye, if possible.
