ATS ka construction quality Noida Extension mein thoda hit-or-miss lag raha hai lately. Hum 3BHK dekh rahe hain family ke liye, kids ke school ke paas. Godrej aur Gaursons bhi options hain. But ATS ki post-possession maintenance aur customer support ka kya scene hai? Suna hai Godrej ki societies well-maintained hoti hain but pricey hain. Gaursons ka track record kaisa hai in quality and after-sales support? Which builder would you pick for long-term family living?

Godrej ki quality aur amenities mein no doubt, especially post-possession maintenance. Unki societies well-managed hoti hain, security bhi top-notch. Lekin jo budget aap bol rahe ho, usme Godrej ka 3BHK
Haan bhai, ATS ka naam tha ek time, ab toh lagta hai bas marketing hai. Quality pehle jaisi nahi rahi, sunne mein aaya hai. ATS ka RERA status kya hai abhi? Suna hai kuch projects mein issues hain, especially possession delays. First-time buyer ho toh bahut research karni padegi, sirf brand name pe mat jaana.
U2, sahi keh rahe ho. Humne bhi ATS mein booking ka socha tha Ajayabpur ke paas, but fir ek dost ne bataya ki unka Alpha I Greater Noida mein project 2 saal late ho gaya hai. Builder ne sirf dates badha di. Budget tight hai toh delay afford nahi kar sakte, rent ka double burden pad jaata hai. RERA complaint file ki thi unhone, but progress slow hai.
Totally agree with U2! Mere friend ne bhi ATS ke bare mein similar complaints ki thi recently.
