Just moved into my ATS apartment in Sector 150 last month. Everyone glorifies their brand, but nobody talks about the plaster cracks already showing up or the shoddy finishing. Post-possession maintenance charges also feel extortionate for this quality. Change my mind.

Market mein toh builders ka yahi haal hai. Prices are soaring in Noida, especially in sectors like 150, but quality control seems to be dropping. RERA bhi abhi tak pura implement nahi hua hai effectively. Yeh investment hai, koi grocery shopping nahi.
Bhai, this is not new. My chacha ji bought a plot in Alpha I Greater Noida years ago and even then, their development was slower than expected. For apartments, especially in high-rise, finishing issues are common but plaster cracks so soon? That's a red flag. I saw a project near Ajayabpur where the builder used sub-standard material and then disappeared. Buyers have to be super careful.
Plaster cracks so soon is really bad. Did your chacha ji face any issues with possession timelines too?
Hmm, I was considering ATS for my first home in Noida. Yeh sunke toh tension ho gayi. Are these widespread issues or isolated incidents? Which ATS project are you referring to specifically, OP?
Actually, I think it's more widespread than isolated incidents. My flat in ATS Pristine, Sector 150, also had paint peeling off within 6 months. It took multiple follow-ups and nearly two months for them to fix it, and even then, the patch-up job was visible. It's frustrating because you pay premium for the brand and expect better quality.
I think OP is talking about ATS Pious Orchards or ATS Destinaire, both are in Sector 150. And yes, unfortunately, these issues are becoming more widespread across many builders, not just ATS. My brother had similar problems with another prominent builder in Sector 107.
Totally agree yaar! ATS ka naam hi kaafi hai, kaam nahi. My friend in Sector 150 also facing similar issues. Bahut disappointing.
Absolutely! They promise the moon and deliver dust. My experience with a builder near Alpha II was similar. The amenities shown in brochures were either missing or poorly maintained post-possession. It's a common tactic.
