ATS Sanctuary 105: Kya Gurugram mein worth it hai?

Kya kisi ne ATS Sanctuary 105 Phase 2 ka video dekha hai Gurugram mein? They're showing 3.5 and 4.5 BHK units in Sector 105. Location toh prime lag rahi hai, but ATS projects can be quite pricey for these configs. Mujhe lagta hai, is it really worth that premium? Has anyone checked the pricing or visited the site? Kya aap logon ko pata hai iska actual value proposition?

Yaar, ATS ka naam sunke hi budget hil jaata hai. But Sector 105 is tempting. Location toh prime lag rahi hai, but 2031 possession date hai for an 'upcoming' project. Itna wait karein kya? Mera toh budget tight hai, aur itne saal tak EMI ka pressure alag se.

Totally agree. 2031 is too far. By then, market conditions will change so much. Plus, ATS ka track record bhi Gurug
