Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. We're looking for a 3BHK in Sohna, Sector 85, for the kids. Saw an ATS project, quote ₹1.8 Cr. But then PLC, floor rise, maintenance fund... total cost ₹2 Cr cross kar gaya. Meri wife *true* all-in cost jaanna chahti hai. Kya yeh add-ons negotiate ho sakte hain?

Bhai, welcome to the club! Yeh hidden costs wala drama sabke saath hota hai. Builders show one price, and then slowly, like a drip, all these charges add up. PLC and floor rise toh standard hain ab, but maintenance fund upfront lena is a bit much. Negotiation? Difficult, but not impossible for some smaller charges. For PLC, usually no, unless you're buying in bulk or it's a very slow-moving inventory.
