ATS Triumph, Dwarka Exp: Value compared to others?
What do you guys think about ATS Triumph on Dwarka Expressway? I just saw a video showing it as a 'Premium Signature Collection' from ATS in Sector 104. It looks nice, but I'm wondering if the premium is really justified. Are there better value options around Gurugram right now, or does ATS Triumph stand out for you?

I'm looking at options in Sector 104 too, and Triumph definitely stands out aesthetically. But my broker also showed me some resale options nearby in Baharampur Naya, slightly older but much cheaper, like 1.8-2 Cr range. It's a tough call between a new, premium project and a more budget-friendly, established one. My budget is tight so every lakh counts.
Has anyone checked out other ATS projects in Noida or Ghaziabad? I'm trying to understand their track record. My uncle had a bad experience with a builder who delayed possession by 5 years, so I'm super cautious. ATS was established in 1998, so they've been around a while, but that doesn't guarantee anything in real estate.
I've heard mixed reviews. Some say ATS delivers on quality, others point to maintenance issues in some completed societies. It really depends on the specific project and the management committee afterwards. For Triumph, since it's completed, you can physically inspect everything, which is a big plus.
My cousin bought in ATS Greens Village in Noida years ago. He had some minor issues initially, but overall, he's happy with the quality and maintenance. I think their older projects are generally well-regarded. But the market dynamics are very different now, especially with the current interest rates and property prices in Gurugram.
I visited ATS Triumph last month. The flats are spacious, no doubt, and the amenities look top-notch. But the price is definitely a concern. For 2.9 Cr, I can get a decent 3BHK in a good builder project in Sector 80-90s, maybe not fully ready but upcoming. Is the Dwarka Expressway connectivity *that* much better right now to command such a high premium?
Dekho, completed projects ka ek alag hi charm hota hai. No RERA delays, no construction stress. You pay more, but you get immediate possession. That peace of mind is worth something, especially for first-time buyers who are already so nervous. But yeah, 2.9 Cr is the entry point, not the average.
Sahi baat hai, connectivity abhi bhi poori tarah se smooth nahi hai. Main Basai gaon ke paas rehta hoon, aur Dwarka Exp se office aane-jaane mein abhi bhi time lagta hai. Jab tak poori tarah se operational nahi ho jaati, I'd be hesitant to pay so much just for the promise of connectivity. Plus, traffic is already building up.
Bhai, ATS ne toh har project ko 'premium' bolna shuru kar diya hai. 2.9 Cr se 4.2 Cr for a 443 unit project that's already completed? Dwarka Exp pe aur bhi options hain jo shayad better value de rahe honge. Location achhi hai, no doubt, but the price point is a bit steep for a first-time buyer like me. Mera budget toh hil jayega.
Premium toh hai, but ATS ki construction quality generally achhi hoti hai. My friend lives in an ATS project near Airport Road in Gurgaon, and he's quite happy. Maybe the completed status justifies some of the cost?
Totally agree. ATS ka naam hai, but is it worth paying such a huge premium just for the brand? I heard their older projects had some possession delays, though Triumph is completed now. Still, 4.2 Cr is a lot of money.
