ATS Triumph investor appeal is overstated now
Okay I'll say what no one says — ATS Triumph's investor appeal is probably overstated now. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits can't happen easily. Looking at ATS Triumph for investment, but the pricing (₹2.88-4.21 Cr) seems pretty steep now that it's completed. My main concern is the actual rental yield. Kya ₹2.88 Cr lagake 2-3% se zyada ROI milta hai? Online numbers always look good, but real ground reality kya hai? Aur resale market mein kitni liquidity hai? Matlab, agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, toh buyer mil jayega easily ya stuck ho jayenge? Heard some completed projects struggle with investor-to-end-user ratio. Not sure if ATS has that issue. Need solid advice on this, especially since I'll need a property manager and someone with a power of attorney. Change my mind, but I feel like the capital appreciation potential post-completion isn't that great anymore. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with this! I've been eyeing ATS Triumph too, but the prices are just... wow. ₹2.9 Cr for a 2BHK feels like a huge stretch, especially when you factor in all the other costs like registry and interiors. My biggest fear is getting stuck, just like you said. Is anyone actually getting good rental income from there? I'm so confused.
Same here, U1! I asked around, and people are saying rental yields are barely 2%. For ₹3 Cr, that
