ATS Triumph Mohali amenities: Investor ka real take?
Visited ATS Triumph Mohali last week, and the amenities list is pretty long. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm trying to look beyond the shiny brochures. My big question is about amenity-reality for investors. Hum sabko pata hai ki builders amenities ka hype karte hain, but do these really translate into better rental yields ya higher resale value? Matlab, clubhouse, swimming pool, sports facilities, are they actually used by tenants regularly, ya bas maintenance cost badhate hain? Especially for someone looking for good ROI and tenant attraction. Off the record, what's the ground reality for these premium amenities? Do they justify the PLC? Would love to hear real experiences. Yaar, ATS Triumph Mohali ka price range (2.9 Cr se 4.2 Cr) sunke hi darr lagta hai. First-time buyer hoon, itna budget stretch karun aur phir amenities ka maintenance cost alag se? OP sahi keh raha hai, hype toh bahut hoti hai but actual ROI mein kya value add karte hain ye pools aur clubhouses? Mera toh budget tight hai, soch raha hoon ki itne expensive amenities ke bina bhi achha option mil sakta hai.
