ATS vs Amrapali: The possession reality nobody talks about

ATS has a better rep, I agree. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. But is the price jump to ATS Knightsbridge worth it? Heard Amrapali Crystal Homes offered lower rates initially, but possession ka kya scene hai? Anyone faced hidden charges at possession with either? PLC, EDC, sab mila ke kitna extra pad gaya? Honestly not sure if ATS's premium is justified. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Heard ATS is better with RERA compliance, but Amrapali... thoda risky lagta hai, right? Anyone has personal experience? What about resale value down the line? Koi tips or advice ho toh batao. I need help! Is it worth it?
