ATS vs other Noida builders: On-time delivery?

Hey guys, I'm planning to buy my first property in Noida and I'm super confused. My parents keep saying ATS Infrastructure is reliable. What do you think? Has anyone actually experienced on-time possession with ATS Destinaire? I've heard horror stories about delays. Also, what about hidden charges at possession? PLC and all that, I had no idea! Which builder is better at being transparent about those? And honestly, customer support after booking... who even picks up the phone? Should I just stick with a bigger name or explore other options? Kya aap logon ko pata hai? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar.
