RERA registration number check karo. Everything is online now. Don't trust what the builder says, trust the documents.

Bhai, on-time delivery is a myth in Noida. Check RERA record for ATS Destinaire, you'll get a better idea. Hidden charges toh har koi leta hai, negotiate hard!
ATS is generally considered better than many local Noida builders. But 'better' doesn't mean perfect. Do your due diligence. Check previous projects like ATS Greens Village, see if people are happy.
I booked in ATS Pious Hideaways 5 years ago. Possession mila kya? Still fighting for it. So, be very careful. Promises are cheap.
