ATS vs. other Noida builders: What's your take?

Hey guys, just moved into my ATS Destinaire flat last month. So far, so good, but I'm curious about resale value. Do you think ATS projects hold up well compared to, say, a Godrej project in Noida? What's your take on their construction quality long term? Also, anyone know about hidden charges with ATS? I'm hearing different things. Mujhe advice chahiye yaar! What do you think?
