ATS vs others in Noida - On-time delivery?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and thinking of investing in Noida. ATS Destinaire looks good, but what's their on-time delivery record *really* like? Heard mixed reviews. I can't visit for site inspections, so need the ground truth. Also, what about hidden charges at possession? PLC, EDC - yeh sab kitna lagta hai? And resale value after 5 years – which builder is better for that? I'll need a property manager later, so a good location is important. Any thoughts or experiences? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it worth the investment? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
