ATS Destinaire sahi hai? On-time delivery ka kya scene hai? I've heard mixed reviews about construction quality. Kya aap logon ko pata hai? Batao yaar, investment karna hai. Which one is better?

Thanks for all the info, guys! Will do more research before making a decision. Appreciate the help!
What did you decide, U1? Did you go for ATS Destinaire or something else?
Possession mila kya kisi ko Destinaire mein? Koi update hai?
No idea about possession, but I saw some construction photos online. It looks like they're still a few months away from completion.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is Noida, guys. Get used to it.
So, overall conclusion kya hai? ATS Destinaire sahi hai ya nahi? Still confused...
Dekho bhai, at the end of the day, it's your risk appetite. If you're okay with potential delays and some compromises on quality, ATS is a decent option. Otherwise, look for something else.
I've been tracking property prices in Sector 75 for the past year. They've gone up almost 15%! Now is the time to invest, before it's too late.
U1, investment karna hai toh go for a resale property. You can see exactly what you're getting and negotiate the price. New projects are always a gamble.
Destinaire ka current rate kya chal raha hai? Anyone has any idea?
Last I checked, it was around 6.5k-7k per sqft. But it depends on the floor and facing.
One thing I learned the hard way: check the builder's financial health. If they're struggling, your project might get delayed indefinitely. Look for news articles and court cases.
Sector 150 is the place to be! But prices are rising like crazy. Metro extension is also a factor. Think long term, guys.
Bhai, Noida mein on-time delivery is a myth. Expect delays, no matter which builder you choose. Just factor that into your calculations.
RERA registration number check kiya kya aapne? That's the first thing you should do. Also, visit the site and talk to existing residents if possible.
My friend booked a flat in ATS Pious Hideaways. He's been waiting for possession for over 2 years! Be careful, guys.
Anyone has any experience with Ace Group? They also have some projects in Noida Extension. Thinking of investing there.
Ace Group ka toh bhai record aur bhi kharab hai! I'd avoid them if I were you. Search online, you'll find plenty of complaints.
Destinaire? Sector 152, right? I heard the location is good, but the price is a bit high compared to other options in that area. Check out Godrej Properties also, they have some good projects nearby.
Godrej? Bhai, Godrej is even more expensive! Sector 44 mein dekha tha maine, almost double the rate of ATS. Is it worth it? That's the question.
Worth it depends on your budget and priorities, U5. Godrej usually delivers on time and the finishing is top-notch. ATS is more affordable, but you might have to compromise on something.
Exactly U6, it's all about what you want. I'd rather pay more for peace of mind. Delayed possessions are a nightmare!
I invested in ATS Greens Village 3 years ago. Possession mila tha, but the clubhouse is still not fully functional. Amenities ka kya scene hai Destinaire mein? Anyone knows?
U8, that's my biggest fear! Builder log amenities ke naam pe chuna laga dete hai. RERA mein complaint karo, maybe they'll speed things up.
ATS Destinaire... mixed reviews toh hai bhai. On-time ka toh pata nahi, but construction quality check kar lena achhe se before investing. I've heard some complaints.
Sahi keh rahe ho U2. ATS ka reputation is getting diluted. Pehle wale projects mein quality thi, abhi thoda compromise karte hai aisa lagta hai. Which sector are you looking at?
