Been tracking ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards. PLC charges hit me hard. Almost 5% extra. Sahi hai kya? Amrapali Crystal Homes ka toh track record hi kharab hai, phir bhi log invest kar rahe. Is it worth fighting ATS on this, ya sab aise hi hota hai? What's your experience?
