Atta Village: 2BHK owner thinking of upgrading, is it worth it?

₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Atta Village? Seriously? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, EMI is manageable, but thinking of upgrading. But is the price jump worth it for Atta Village? Everyone talks about the central location and metro connectivity, which is sahi hai. But nobody talks about the waterlogging during monsoon. Last year, my friend's car got stuck near the Atta market. Plus, parking is already a mess now, imagine with more people. And the power cuts! Heard horror stories. Already have a home loan, don't want another headache. Investment potential toh dikhta hai, but at what cost? Change my mind.
