Fed up of renting, yaar. Atta Village mein water supply ka kya scene hai? Power cuts kitni hoti hain? Is it worth buying here for investment? Any thoughts?

OP, what did you decide? Did you go ahead with the purchase in Atta Village?
Atta Village is very crowded. You'll get stuck in traffic every day.
Atta Village is good for rental income if you get a good deal. But for self-use, I wouldn't recommend it.
So, overall kya lagta hai? Is it a good idea to buy in Atta Village or not? Confused now.
Dekho bhai, it depends on your budget and priorities. If you are on a tight budget and need something close to the metro, then Atta Village might be okay. Otherwise, explore other options.
Possession mila kya kisi ko recent projects mein Atta Village mein? I am also planning to invest.
U19, mere ek relative ko mila tha 6 months delay ke baad. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.
Be careful with small builders in Atta Village. They often cut corners. Go for a reputed builder, even if it's slightly more expensive.
I agree with U20. Reputed builder is a must. My friend bought from a local builder and is still fighting for possession after 3 years.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake in my first property purchase. Abhi tak swimming pool nahi bana!
Atta Village is good for tenants, cheap rent mil jata hai. Buying... I am not so sure.
Mera ek dost phase 2 mein rehta hai. He says water problem is manageable, but power cuts are frequent. Inverter lagwa lo.
Property rates are rising everywhere, yaar. Noida mein bhi bahut increase ho gaya hai. Soch samajh ke decision lena.
True U17, sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Crazy!
I bought a flat in Atta Village 3 years ago. Biggest mistake of my life. Builder ne amenities complete nahi kiye ab tak. Avoid!
Kya rate chal raha hai Atta Village mein? Anyone knows? I am looking for a 2BHK.
Bhai, rent se toh better hi hai, even with the problems. At least asset toh banega apna. But research properly before you buy.
RERA registration number check karo builder ka. That's the first thing you should do. Warna phas jaoge.
Where can I check the RERA details online?
U13, UP RERA website pe mil jayega sab. Search for 'UP RERA'.
Haan, RERA is a must. Also, check for pending dues on the property before you finalize anything.
Atta Village mein? Bhai, water problem toh rahegi. Power cuts bhi hote hain, especially summer mein. Investment ke liye... depends. Kya rate mil raha hai?
Don't even think about it, yaar. I lived there for 5 years. Infrastructure is a mess. Drainage system is non-existent. Go for Sectors near the expressway. Much better.
Water supply ka scene toh har jagah hi same hai Noida mein, tanker mafia active hai. Power cuts ka batao koi, kitni der ke liye hoti hain?
Investment ke liye I would suggest looking at Yamuna Expressway side. Atta Village is too congested. Returns kam milenge.
Yamuna Expressway is too far, bhai. Connectivity is still a problem. Metro kab tak banega?
U5, metro ka toh koi plan bhi nahi hai abhi. But Jewar airport is coming up, that will boost prices eventually.
Exactly U6, Jewar airport is the game changer. Long term investment ke liye best hai.
