Attapur: First few months, some surprises

Attapur — my first few months here have been eye-opening. Just got possession in March. The water situation is a bit tricky; we're relying on tankers more than I thought, municipal supply isn't consistent around here. Honestly, not sure if this is common for Attapur. Traffic on PVNR Expressway is a nightmare during peak hours, takes forever to reach Financial District. On the bright side, local markets and food spots are pretty decent. Has anyone else faced these water issues in Attapur? Am I the only one struggling with the commute?
