Atul Nagar safety concerns are real

Atul Nagar — we're seriously considering it for our 3BHK upgrade. Currently in Hadapsar, but kids are growing, need more space. Dekha toh Wagholi bhi tha, but traffic aur school options thode kam lage. Baner-Balewadi ka budget hil gaya yaar. Atul Nagar ke projects, like some by Kolte-Patil, seem value for money. My wife ki priority hai safety, especially for the children playing outside. Raat mein area kaisa feel hota hai? Any specific incidents or peace of mind? Aur nearby schools ka kya scene hai? Good CBSE/ICSE options hain kya within a reasonable commute? Would love real resident feedback on day-to-day life aur koi hidden costs jo baad mein pata chale.
