ATZ Properties hidden charges, what's your experience?

Visited ATZ PROPERTIES in Yeswanthpur last month, they showed us a 3BHK for around ₹1.4Cr. Now, after booking for my kids' school admission, they're adding so many hidden charges for PLC, OC, everything! Matlab, pre-launch ka kya fayda hua? My wife is so upset. Is this normal practice? Anyone else faced this with ATZ?
