AU Arihant Enclave amenities are overhyped.

6 months of searching, 10+ site visits, and we're still stuck on Ghaziabad. We need a 3BHK for the kids, and AU Arihant Enclave keeps popping up. My wife's main priority is the society vibe and safety for the children. The brochure looks great with pools and play areas, but I’m wondering if those amenities are actually useful daily, or just for show? Honestly not sure if it's genuinely a good place to live for a family, or just good on paper. We're considering a 3BHK on a mid-floor, maybe 4th or 5th. What's the actual community like? Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Also, nearby schools are a huge factor for us. Any parents here have real-world experience with school admissions or bus services from there? Really need some honest opinions before we commit. It’s a big decision for us.
