Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. AU Arihant Enclave Ghaziabad dekh raha tha. Is project mein capital appreciation ka kya scene hai? Matlab, kitna upside possible hai? Aur builder ka delivery track record for investors kaisa hai? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi milti hai?
