AU The Sunflower: Is security and parking always this tricky?
Just moved into AU The Sunflower Phase 1 about 3 months ago, possession was in March. Honestly, some things are a bit different than what I expected from the site visits. The green areas, for example, feel a bit smaller than the brochure suggested. It's not bad, but not exactly sprawling open space either. Main concern is the security system. We were promised proper CCTV coverage everywhere and a slick visitor management app. But the guard quality seems inconsistent, and sometimes visitors just walk in. Is this normal for new societies in Ghaziabad? Also, parking allocation is turning into a bit of a headache; definitely not as smooth as they made it sound before moving in. Is it just us? Wondering if others in AU The Sunflower or nearby societies have similar first-hand experiences with security and parking. What's the reality like after a few months? Should I push the RWA more on these points, or is this just how it is?

Are you sure you're talking about Phase 1? Ya builder ne koi backdoor entry di hai? Ghaziabad mein aise cases bahut sunne ko milte hain, log book karte hain kuch, milta kuch aur hai. Please clarify this, it's a huge red flag for first-time buyers like me.
