AU The Sunflower Phase 1: First-hand snag list reality

Just moved into AU The Sunflower Phase 1 last month and abhi thoda settle ho rahe hain. Things nobody told me before moving in, honestly. Construction quality mein kuch fitting issues already dikh rahe hain – like kitchen sink mein minor seepage, aur bathroom tiles bhi thode loose feel ho rahe hain. Builder ko complain kiya hai, but response time kaafi slow hai. Elevators ka bhi scene hai, seem to take forever sometimes, aur lagta hai maintenance kaafi needed hai. Aur water supply, yaar, tanker dependency normal hai kya for Ghaziabad societies ya sirf yahan ka issue hai? My previous place didn't have this. Real experience mein kya expected hota hai from societies in Raj Nagar Extension? Should I push harder for these snag list items ya yeh sab common hai?
