Researched AU The Sunflower Phase 1 from Dubai. Honestly, under-construction quality kaafi scary lagti hai. Jo site pe dikhta hai, does that actually translate to good long-term resale value? I mean, minor cracks ya fittings ke issues kya future tenants ko bhaga denge? Builders promise a lot, but what's the reality when you're not there to check daily? Disagree? Tell me why.
