What's the actual RERA compliance status for Aurum Alumni Accord? I work in real estate but buying for myself, I'm wary. Pre-launch rates were high; is there any real capital appreciation left for investors? What about resale liquidity in 5 years? I heard the investor ratio might be concerning.
