Avalahalli rental income: still worth it?

Two years back, I’d calculate 4% rental yield in Avalahalli. Ab, data shows 3.5% is common. Given current EMI, is buying for rental income still worth it for investors?

Avalahalli mein 3.5% rental yield? Bhai, current EMI dekho, itna toh interest rates mein hi chala jayega. First-time buyers like us are already struggling with down payment, rental income toh bas sapna lagta hai.
