Is Avenew Misty Winds genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord just hiked it again. Finally looking to buy my first home, want to build equity. Avenew Misty Winds caught my eye, the ₹37.99 L–₹80.74 L range looks doable for a 2BHK. I'm trying to figure out the actual livability there. How's the neighborhood really? Are good schools and markets easily accessible? Also, what are the actual maintenance charges like? The brochure numbers can be misleading. Is it worth taking the plunge here?
Hey fellow Propmyna members, I've been doing some digging into Avenew Misty Winds, a completed project by Avenew Projects. They're known for quality and timely delivery, which is a good sign. The project spans 2 acres, with units priced from ₹37.99 L to ₹80.74 L, averaging ₹5800/Sqft. Its RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/180319/001492. Looking at livability, being a 5-minute drive from Hoskote Lake and 3 km from Hoskote suggests a relatively peaceful environment, away from the city's immediate rush. This could appeal to end-users seeking a quieter lifestyle with some green spaces. However, for resale market potential and secondary market liquidity, the Hoskote location needs careful consideration. While the area is developing, demand might not be as high as in more central or established IT corridors. Price appreciation since launch would likely be tied to the infrastructure development around Hoskote. If connectivity and civic amenities improve significantly, it could see good returns. Otherwise, selling might take a bit longer than in hot zones. My take is, if you're an end-user prioritizing a serene lifestyle and don't mind the commute to work hubs, Avenew Misty Winds offers a decent proposition. For pure investment, especially for quick resale, one might need to temper expectations, unless you have a longer holding period in mind to benefit from Hoskote's anticipated growth.
₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Avenew Misty Winds — is that even sensible? I'm currently in a 2BHK nearby and thinking of upgrading, but not sure if this price jump is worth it. Project toh completed hai, which is good, but kya genuinely accha hai daily rehne ke liye? On paper, amenities kaafi hain, but real mein kitne useful hain? Pool, gym wagera sab maintenance intensive hote hain, sahi mein chalte hain kya? Aur society ka vibe, community kaisi hai wahan? Friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Already have a home loan, so har penny counts. Any actual residents share their experience, please?
