Avenue Basera residents: What's daily life really like?
Honestly, I'm kinda overwhelmed looking for my first home. My parents keep saying Ghaziabad is a good option, so I've been checking out Avenue Basera Township. It’s completed, which is a big plus for me, I don't want to wait years. Price range around 40-60L seems okay for a 2BHK. But I'm really concerned about the actual livability. Like, is the apartment layout practical? I've seen some floor plans online and the carpet area doesn't always feel efficient, you know? Is it just me or do some of these newer projects have weird dead spaces? And what's the society vibe like? I'm hoping for a friendly community, not just people keeping to themselves. Anyone living there or know someone who does? Would love to hear your honest opinions on daily life quality and the actual space you get.

Meri ek friend ne recently Avenue Basera mein 2BHK liya hai for around 55L. She said the layout is compact, but manageable for a small family. She likes the fact that it's already completed, so no construction delays. She moved in last year, so possession was smooth for her. The society has good amenities, kids ka play area bhi hai. But yeah, don't expect very spacious rooms; it's a trade-off for the ready-to-move benefit
Hey, I totally get where you're coming from! Avenue Basera is indeed attractive because it's completed. My cousin lives in a different project near Ahinsa Khand 1 and he also faced the dead space issue. But for Basera, I heard from a friend that the society vibe is actually quite good, friendly and active. Log milte-julte rehte hain. But yeah, carpet area is a concern for almost all new projects.
That's good to hear about the society! I'm also looking in Ghaziabad. Uss area mein connectivity kaisi hai? Like for daily commute to Delhi or Noida?
Haan bhai, society vibe matters a lot. Dead space toh har jagah hai ab.
