Maine bhi Avenue Basera visit kiya tha last year. Budget mein tha, but jab locality dekhi aur builders se baat ki, toh thoda confidence nahi aaya. Connectivity theek hai, but surrounding area mein development slow hai. Plus, resale units wahan pe kaafi time se list pe dikh rahe the, which was a red flag for me. Isliye maine ultimately Ahinsa Khand 1 mein ek older society mein liya, at least established area hai.

U5, builder ka track record mixed hai. Possession date toh 2023 Feb thi, jo mil gaya hai, but quality of construction pehle ke projects mein thoda question mark tha. Mere ek friend ne inke doosre project mein liya tha, finishing issues bahut aaye the. Isliye resale mein bhi log thoda hesitate karte hain, I guess.
