Did a site visit to Avj Heightss last Saturday and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. My landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. The EMI vs rent math just makes sense now. I saw the children's play area there, and it looked decent, but is it actually safe and usable daily, or just a brochure tick-box? I'm also really worried about water supply in Greater Noida. Do projects like Avj Heightss have reliable, consistent water, or is it constant tanker dependency? I don't want to deal with that after moving in. Anyone living there or nearby have real, day-to-day experience with these things? Your honest opinions would really help.

Bhai, sahi decision hai! Rent badhte jaa raha hai, EMI is the way. Avj Heightss ka location theek hai, especially if you work in Noida Extension. Kids play area maine bhi dekha tha, it looked well-maintained. Par water ka issue, haan, Greater Noida mein common hai. What about the maintenance charges though?
Maintenance charges are high, and builder ka track record utna acha nahi hai. Check online reviews before you commit.
